We hope that you love your purchase as much as we enjoyed designing + making it, but in the event your item of Heidi Frank doesn't fit the way you had wished, you are able to return it within 7 days from the date delivered for a full refund on full priced items, all purchases become final after this time frame.

The garment must be unworn with all original tags still attached. Print the returns form below and follow the steps.

Items discounted with a discount code can be returned.

Preorders: Cannot be refunded or returned.

If you would like to exchange your garment for a different colour or size then it is best to email to avoid it selling out before the exchange process has been completed. Once we have received your return garment we will send out the replacement garment.
